1. Beta service

AgentLens is in beta. Reports are produced on a shared staging environment that has been verified but is not a production service. We may change, pause or withdraw the beta at any time.

2. What a report is, and is not

• A report is decision support: measured scores with confidence intervals, evidence and suggested artifacts.
• It is not a guarantee of any ranking, recommendation, traffic or sales outcome. AI model behaviour changes.
• AgentLens never modifies your website, DNS, robots.txt, storefront or merchant accounts. Any artifact is applied by you.
• AgentLens does not execute transactions, payments or purchases on anyone’s behalf.

3. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you are authorised to request a report for the brand and domain you submit.
• You will not submit prompts that are unlawful, defamatory or intended to probe third parties’ systems.
• You will not use the form to send bulk or automated requests.

4. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to your prompts, your brand and your website content. We keep all rights to the AgentLens method, scoring models, software and the structure of the report. You may share the report inside your organisation and with your agencies.

5. Liability

Beta reports are provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, AgentLens is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a report or of this website.

6. Privacy

Personal data submitted through this website is processed as described in the privacy and KVKK notice.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction.
