Privacy and KVKK notice

1. Who is responsible

The data controller (KVKK: veri sorumlusu) for this website is AgentLens, İstanbul, Türkiye. You can reach us through the report request form, by email at contact@agent-lens.ai or on WhatsApp +90 539 459 17 06.

2. What we collect and why

Report request form

When you request an agentic visibility report we collect:

• brand name, website domain, sector, up to ten prompts, selected AI surfaces and up to three rival brands;
• your name, email address, and optionally your role and notes;
• the time of the request, a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string and the country inferred from the network.

Purpose: to validate the request, prepare and deliver the report, and answer your follow-up questions. Legal basis: your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1; GDPR art. 6/1-a) and, for the technical records, our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the form (KVKK art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6/1-f).

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices and does not track you across sites. It reports aggregate page views and performance metrics only.

Bot protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a non-intrusive challenge in your browser to tell people from bots. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. under its own privacy policy.

3. Where the data goes

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, stores form submissions in a database on our account and sends us the notification email. Cloudflare acts as our processor.
• Google Cloud hosts the AgentLens platform on which the report is produced, in the europe-west1 (Belgium) region.
• Your prompts are sent to the AI surfaces you selected (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and Google Search) to produce the measurement. Your name and email address are never included in those prompts.

Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye. Transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses and, where required by KVKK art. 9, on your explicit consent given with the request.

4. How long we keep it

Report requests are kept for 24 months after the last contact so we can answer follow-ups, then deleted. Technical records used for abuse prevention are kept for 12 months. You can ask us to delete a request earlier at any time.

5. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 and, where it applies, GDPR arts. 15–22, you can ask us:

• whether we process your personal data, and for a copy of it;
• to correct, complete or delete it;
• to tell you who it was shared with;
• to object to a decision made solely by automated processing;
• to withdraw your consent, without affecting processing that happened before.

Send requests to contact@agent-lens.ai, or through the form or WhatsApp above. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a short-lived, strictly necessary cookie for bot protection.

7. Changes

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it and the version stored with each request records which text applied.
